
Founder & CEO
Greg Maciolek is Founder and CEO of Integrated Management Resources, Inc. (IMR), headquartered in Knoxville Tennessee. Maciolek has assembled a range of products and services that includes: Assessments, Leadership, Productivity and Strategic Planning. IMR is dedicated to helping companies increase productivity and profit by developing and retaining leaders that inspire and manage people effectively. “People are not just the most important asset of a company, they are the company,” Maciolek states.
Greg has been involved in training for nearly 35 years; beginning as a first-line supervisor with General Motors assembly operations, followed by five years as a corporate trainer/independent training consultant with Ford Motor Company and later as a military commander. Greg utilizes “hands-on” training combined with peer interaction to achieve high return on the training investment. He is a respected author and speaker on workforce development issues.
After 26 years of distinguished service, Greg retired as a Colonel from the Air National Guard and the United States Air Force. He held senior level positions for the last 14 years of his career, including nine years as a commander of a flying group, responsible for United States air sovereignty. As a flying unit commander, he was equivalent to a civilian CEO, leading more than 1,100 personnel at two locations. The education center he commanded graduated 4,000 students annually. He led the early use of television production and satellite technology to deliver high quality distance education.
Maciolek earned a BA Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Masters Degree in Human Resources from Troy State University. He is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and a Rotarian.

An experienced professional in leadership development, team facilitation and people assessments, Chris Price has led the implementation of a variety of programs in the areas of human performance, team development, coaching, succession planning and people selection.
He has consulted directly with leadership teams in the United States, Britain, Scandinavia, West/East Europe, Russia and Asia. Additionally, he conducts leadership experience workshops that have drawn managers from all over the world.
Before starting Price Leadership Group (PLG) in late 2010, Chris was Director of Management & Organization Development (MOD) at Lufthansa LSG Sky Chefs, the world’s largest provider of in-flight service and logistics. With nearly 20 years of worldwide experience, Chris understands the unique needs of time-sensitive, labor-intense, manufacturing/logistics environments. He brings this special insight to any performance improvement project, and now helps various organizations achieve their best.
Chris holds a Certificate in Human Performance Improvement from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Banking from the University of North Texas. He has additional work experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources and Business Development.
He is an ongoing faculty member in the LINKAGE Global Institute for Leadership Development (GILD), where he commits his time to helping senior leaders build more productive and innovative organizations.

Chief Operating Officer
Tom von Berg
provides proven leadership in Strategic Planning and Marketing in addition to Operations management to IMR. His background includes assignments as CEO, President and CMO in domestic and global markets in a diverse range of industries.
von Berg’s global experience includes a 3-year residence in Europe as Vice President of Marketing for a Dutch conglomerate. As a senior marketing executive for consumer durables manufacturers. Tom successfully developed new products, achieved international regulatory compliance and generated significant profits on all continents. He holds two international patents. Tom is co-founder of a surviving Internet-based firm and founder of Everett Group, a respected consulting firm.
Tom earned a B.A. from Brigham Young University and is a Professional Member of the American Marketing Association and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He is president-elect of the Knoxville Breakfast Club of Rotary International. von Berg is active in
his community, having led initiatives in “end-of-life”, hunger and education.

Controller
Will Ouellette is IMR’s Controller and is responsible for financial management, planning and reporting. He earned a BA and a MBA from the University of Detroit.
Will became a Certified Public Account while serving his country in the Air National Guard as a fighter pilot and Group Deputy Commander for Operations. He has served several companies as their senior financial manager during and after his distinguished career in the military.
